Description / Table of Contents: Zusammenfassung 90 Rattenmägen von 3 Gruppen (Kontrolle, SPV, SPV + Pypl.) wurden nach 30 Wochen Carcinogenexposition röntgenologisch, makroskopisch und histologisch untersucht.
Notes: Summary The stomachs of 90 rats in three groups (control, SPV, SPV + Pypl.) were x-rayed and submitted to macroscopical and histological examination 30 weeks after administration of the carcinogen was started. No macroscopical and histological alteratons were observed in the control group and in the group SPV + Pypl. Of the SPV group without pyloroplasty, 89 % showed stasis stomachs, 39% had stasis ulcers, and 28% had stasis ulcers with adenomatous hyperplasia and cell dysplasia; SPV without pyloroplasty on rat leads to retention. Stasis ulcers and dysplasia can be avoided by combining SPV with pyloroplasty.
