Zusammenfassung Beschreibung einer Präparationstechnik für kombinierte morphologische Untersuchungen der Kopf-Halsarterien. In situ-Fixierung nach Eröffnung von Thorax und Schädelhöhle und Vorspülung mit Elektrolytlösung. Entfaltung des Gefäßrohres während der Fixierungsdauer durch eine besondere Versuchsanordnung. Erarbeitung einer Basis für vergleichende Untersuchungen bei Optimierung und Standardisierung der Versuchsbedingungen, Einbau der Technik in den Ablauf einer rechtsmedizinischen Obduktion.

Summary A technique is described for the preparation of combined morphological analyses of the arteries in the neck region: In situ fixation after opening of thorax and head and perfusion with electrolyte solution. Expansion of the vessel wall during the fixation by means of an especially elaborated experimental procedure. Presentation of a basis preparation for optimization and standardization of endothelial lesions, discussions to integrate the procedure into a medicolegal autopsy.
