Enhydrazines, 1. Symmetrical N-Methylpyrroles via EnhydrazinesA number of cyclic ketones were converted to symmetrical N-methylpyrroles in a Fischer-type reaction by treatment with N.N′-dimethylhydrazine in the presence of a weak acid catalyst. The bis-en-hydrazines postulated as intermediates could be observed in the case of β-tetralone and phenylacetaldehyde.

Einige cyclische Ketone werden mit N.N′-Dimethyl-hydrazin in einer Fischer-analogen Reaktion unter milder Säurekatalyse zu symmetrischen N-Methyl-pyrrolen umgesetzt. Die als Zwischenstufen postulierten Bis-en-hydrazine können im Fall des β-Tetralons und des Phenyl-acetaldehyds beobachtet werden.
