ZusammenfaBung Die Klebung mit Fibrin ist eine neue Methode zur Anastomosierung der Nerven. Bei Ratten wurde der Nervus ischiadicus durchtrennt und mit Fibrin geklebt. Gewebeständige Plasminogenaktivatoren bewirken jedoch bereits nach 24 h eine Auflösung des Fibrinklebers und damit eine hochsignifikante Abnahme der ReiBfestigkeit der geklebten Anastomose. Durch lokale oder parenterale Applikation von Fibrinolyseinhibitoren oder Verwendung von plasminogenfreiem Fibrin kann die Auflösung der Klebestelle gehemmt werden. Die Technik wurde auch bei Patienten erfolgreich verwendet.

Summary A new method of nerve anastomosis by fibrin is presented. After bisection of the ischiatic nerve in rats, the defect was adhered with fibrin and the tensile strength of the anastomosis was measured in the postoperative period. Decreases of the tensile strength could be prevented by local or parenteral application of fibrinolysis inhibitors or by the use of fibrin free of plasminogen. This new technique of tIssue-adhesion including the inhibition of local fibrinolysis has also been succeBfully applied in patients.
