Zusammenfassung Durch Kombination von Immunpräzipitation und Enzymcharakterisierungsreaktionen im Agargel können Enzymaktivitäten des Proteins der „pregnancy zone“ für 11 Enzyme und Isoenzyme — Coeruloplasmin, Leucinaminopeptidase, alkalische Phosphatase, Carboxylesterase, Laktat-Dehydrogenase, Malat-Dehydrogenase, Glycerophosphat-Dehydrogenase, Glucose-6-Phosphat-Dehydrogenase, Cholinesterase, Azetylcholinesterase und Oxytocinase — ausgeschlossen werden. Das Protein der „pregnancy zone“ ist nach Konzentrierung der Uroproteine nur bei EPH-Gestosen mit einer Proteinurie über 3 g/24 Std. Urin im Harn immunchemisch nachweisbar. Das Uroprotein ist gegenüber dem Serumprotein der „pregnancy zone“ immunologisch verändert.

Summary By means of a combination of immunoprecipitation and enzyme reaction in agar gel could be excluded that the pregnancy zone protein possesses activities of the following 11 enzymes: ceruloplasmin, leucine amino peptidase, alkaline phosphatase, carboxylic esterase, lactate dehydrogenase, malate dehydrogenase, glycerophosphate dehydrogenase, glucose-6-phosphate-dehydrogenase, cholinesterase, acetyl cholinesterase and oxytocinase. The pregnancy zone protein was detected by means of immunoprecipitation (immunodiffusion, immunoelectrophoresis) at EPH-gestosis with a proteinuria of 3 g/24 h only, if the uroproteins were concentrated. The uroprotein of pregnancy zone is changed immunologically in comparison with the serum protein.
