MethylsulfonylhydroxylamineMethylsulfonylhydroxylamine, CH3SO2NHOH, results from the reaction of methylsulfonylchloride with free hydroxylamine. This compound of the class of the alkylsulfhydroxamic acids (pKa = 9.95) has been characterized by i.r., u.v., n.m.r., and mass spectra. The acid and alkaline hydrolysis are reported.

Methylsulfonylhydroxylamin, CH3SO2NHOH, entsteht bei der Umsetzung von Methylsulfonylchlorid mit freiem Hydroxylamin. Diese Verbindung aus der Klasse der Alkylsulfhydroxamsäuren (pKS = 9,95) wurde IR-, UV-, NMR- und massenspektroskopisch charakterisiert. Ihre saure und alkalische Hydrolyse werden beschrieben.
