Die Differenz ist statistisch nicht signifikant.

Summary The influence of Totocillin and Grammaxin on wound healing in potentially septic wounds was compared in a randomized prospective study. 121 patients were given prophylactic Grammaxin and among these 6(4.9%) of the wounds did not heal primarily. There were 129 patients in the Totocillin group. The wounds in 10 patients (7.9%) healed by second intention. The difference between the two groups is not statistically significant.
