Notes:
Crystal data including X-ray powder diffraction data for SrNaPO4.9H2O and BaNaPO4.9H2O prepared by the gel method are reported. The materials are cubic with a= 10.561 (5) and a= 10.719 (5) Å respectively. The space group is either P213 or P4232 and infrared and Raman spectroscopy data are presented which are consistent with the high symmetry of the compounds.
