    Description / Table of Contents: Zusammenfassung Das Nicht-Gleichgewichtsgebiet des PhasendiagrammsxLiCl-(1−x)H2O (0⩽x⩽ 0.18) wurde mittels DSC unter Verwendung des Scanningkalorimeters Mettler TA 2000 B untersucht. Die metastabilen Zweige des Diagramms wurden ermittelt und die erhaltenen verschiedenen metastabilen Phasen erklärt. Es wurde ein Bereich festgestellt, in dem das gebildete Glas nicht rekristallisieren kann, da das Eutektikum unterhalb der Temperatur der Glasbildung liegt.
    Abstract: Резюме С помощью дифференци ального сканирующег о калориметра теплево го потока Меттлер ТА 2000 Б проведе но исследование нера вновесной области фазовой диаг раммы системыxLiCl-(1−х)Н2О, где 0 ⩽х ⩽ 0.18. Установлены метастабильные лини и диаграммы и объяснено образова ние различных фаз. Най дена область, где образующ ееся стекло не может рекристалли зоваться, поскольку л иния эвтектики лежит ниже температуры расстекловывания.
    Notes: Abstract The non-equilibrium region of the phase diagramxLiCl-(1−x)H2O (0〈x〈 0.18) has been studied by means of a Mettler TA 2000 B heat flow differential scanning calorimeter. The metastable lines of the diagram have been established and the different phases obtained explained. A region has been found where the glass formed cannot recrystallize, the eutectic line being below the temperature of the transition glass.

Six espèces stables se manifestent RbF · nHF (avecn=7, 4, 3, 2, 3/2, 1). Un septième composé dont la composition probable est 2RbF · 5HF se manifeste à l'état métastable.
    Abstract: Zusammenfassung Flüssig-fest Gleichgewichte des Binärsystems RbF-HF wurden umfassend untersucht. Sechs stabile Verbindungen wurden beobachtet: RbF ·n HF (n=7, 4, 3, 2, 3/2 und 1). Eine siebente Verbindung, 2 RbF · 5 HF ist metastabil.
    Notes: Abstract Liquid-solid equilibria are studied in the complete binary system RbF-HF. Several compounds are observed: RbF ·nHF withn=7, 4, 3, 2, 3/2 and 1. A seventh compound, 2RbF · 5HF, is detected as an unstable form.

    Notes: Abstract The phase diagram of the ternary system NaCl-FeCl3 -H2 O was determined at four different temperatures (5, 15, 30 and 50°C) by conductometry and thermal method. The experimental results show that in the temperature range 5 to 30°C, only NaCl and FeCl3 ×6H2 O were present as solid phases. For the 50°C isotherm, we have observed the crystallization fields of the NaCl and FeCl3 ×2,5H2 O.

    Notes: Abstract Engine Viking of Ariane 4 is supplied with asymmetrical dimethylhydrazine (UDMH) (CH3)2NNH2. An addition of a small amount of hydrazine hydrate N2H4×H2O was proposed to increase the thermal stability of UDMH. The mixture where the mass ratio (CH3)2NNH2/N2H4×H2O is equals to 75/25, is called UH25. These propelling agents are unstable when they are heated and the optimisation of burning conditions requires a good knowledge of their vaporisation and of their thermal decomposition kinetics.

    Notes: Abstract Polytherm diagram of the ternary system KCl–FeCl2 –H2 O between 0 and 70°C. Phase equilibria in the KCl–FeCl2 –H2 O system were studied over the temperature range 0–70°C by conductimetric and analytical methods. A solubility polytherm of the system was constructed. We have observed the crystallization fields of the KCl and FeCl2 6H2 O (at 0°C), KCl and FeCl2 4H2 O (at 15, 30 and 40°C) and KCl, FeCl2 4H2 O and of a double salt KClFeCl2 2H2 O are obtained at 70°C.

    Description / Table of Contents: Résumé Les diagrammes des équilibres liquide-solide des systèmes LiF-HF et NaF-HF ont été établis jusqu'à 400°C environ par analyse thermique. Cette étude a nécessité la mise au point d'un appareillage adapté aux propriétés particulières du fluorure d'hydrogène. Les composés suivants sont observés: LiF, HF NaF, HF; NaF, 2HF; NaF, 3HF et NaF, 4HF Les températures caractéristiques des systèmes, et en particulier les décompositions péritectiques des monofluorhydrates de lithium et de sodium ont été déterminées. Des rectifications ont été apportée aux données bibliographiques.
    Abstract: Zusammenfassung Flüssig-Festphasengleichgewichte wurden bis 400 °C durch Thermoanalyse der binären Systeme LiF-HF und NaF-HF untersucht. Wegen der besonderen Beschaffenheit des Fluorwasserstoffs wurde ein Spezialgerät gebaut. Mehrere Verbindungen wurden beobachtet: LiF · HF NaF · HF; NaF · 2HF; NaF · 3HF und NaF · 4HF. Die charakteristischen Temperaturen der Systeme, besonders die peritektische Zersetzung von LiF, HF und NaF · HF wurden bestimmt und die Literaturangaben verbessert.
    Notes: Abstract Liquid-solid equilibria in the binary systems LiF-HF and NaF-HF were studied up to 400° by thermal analysis. On account of the properties of hydrogen fluoride, a special apparatus was built. Several compounds were observed: LiF · HF-NaF · HF; NaF · 2HF; NaF · 3HF and NaF · 4HF. The characteristic temperatures of the systems, and especially the peritectic decompositions of LiF · HF and NaF · HF were determined, and the bibliographic data were corrected.

    Notes: Abstract A program has been written to describe solubility surfaces of the polythermal ternary phase diagram Mg(NO3)2–Al(NO3)3–H2O, using the model proposed by Cohen-Adad et al. [2]. In this work we present the calculation of the solubility surface of Mg(NO3)2×6H2O and Al(NO3)3×9H2O in the phase diagram. The calculated isothermal sections are in a good agreement with experimental determinations. Coefficients of the fitting equation that describes the solubility field allow drawing any isothermal section. The monovariant line was also calculated. The chosen model is well adapted to calculations of these solubility surfaces and gives very good results.
