Notes:
Two siblings suffering from the so-called twenty-nail dystrophy are described. This syndrome is characterized by the appearance in early childhood of changes affecting all the nails: moderate koilonychia, marked accentuation of longtitudinal ridges and loss of lustre of the nail plates. These two cases, the first reported in the same family, confirm that the twenty-nail syndrome is a clinical entity which can be differentiated from other diseases involving all twenty nail plates.
