Notes: Early documentation is important in the process of sorting disaster victims. To provide a basis for this documentation, a four category card has been designed that can be rapidly used with little previous training. Once folded, the card displays the category of urgency on one side and basic medical details on the reverse. Later changes of category can easily be effected by refolding the card.
