    Notes: Die Kristallstruktur der roten, unterhalb 117° instabilen Form der Additionsverbindung aus Pikrinsäure und 1-Brom-2-amino-naphthalin wurde aus 1595 mit einem automatischen Weissenberg-Zählrohr-Goniometer vermessenen Reflexen nach der Schweratommethode bestimmt. Die Raumgruppe ist P21/n mit den Gitterkonstanten a = 14.24, b, = 16.99, c = 7.01 Å und β = 96.63°.  -  Die Verfeinerungen mit Hilfe von Fourier, Differenzfourier-Synthesen und Least Squares-Rechnungen führten zu einem R-Fakton von 15%.  -  Der Kristall besteht aus parallelen Molekülebenen, die einen Abstand von 3.35 Å besitzen. Hinweise darauf, daß jeweils ein Pikrinsäuremolekül und ein 1-Brom-2-amino-naphthalin-Molekül eine Einheit bilden, konnten nicht gefunden werden. Die Struktur ist statistisch fehlgeordnet. Eine alternative Lage wird zu 17% besetzt.  -  Die relative Orientierung der Komponenten zueinander wird mit den nach der HMO-Methode berechneten π-Elektronendichten verglichen.

    Notes: Auf röntgenographischem Weg wurde die Kristallstruktur der Titel-Verbindung bestimmt. Aus den so erhaltenen Ergebnissen resultiert ein Verdrillungswinkel des Orbitals am Stickstoff von ϕpH = 64.5°.

    Notes: Ausgehend von 1,3-Cyclohexandion wurde durch Umsetzung mit 1-Chlor-3-hexanon (2) und nachfolgende reduktive Aminierung das 2-Propyl-1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8-octahydro-5-chinolinon (4) erhalten. Hieraus entsteht bei der Hydrierung mit Pt in Eisessig 2-Propyl-cis-perhydrochinolin-5α-ol (5).

    Description / Table of Contents: Macrocyclic Trichothecenes From Baccharis coridifolia, I. - Miotoxin B and C, two New Macrocyclic Trichothecenes From Baccharis coridifolia DCFrom extracts of the toxic Brazilian plant Baccharis coridifolia, two further macrocyclic trichothecenes were isolated. The structures of these compounds, named by us as miotoxin B and C, were elucidated by application of mass spectrometry and homo- and heteronuclear two-dimensional NMR techniques.
    Notes: Aus Extrakten der brasilianischen Giftpflanze Baccharis coridifolia wurden zwei macrocyclische Trichothecene isoliert. Die Strukturen der von uns als Miotoxin B und C bezeichneten Substanzen wurden durch Massenspektroskopie und durch homo- und heteronucleare zweidimensionale FT-NMR-Techniken aufgeklärt.
