    Notes: Zusammenfassung Der slide-cell-test und der Capillartest werden als Methoden zur Bestimmung des Penicillins im Blut eingehend beschrieben. Im Zusammenhang mit der Klinik werden Penicillinbestimmungen im Serum der mit Penicillin behandelten Patienten gemacht, wobei der slide-cell-test mit einer Empfindlichkeit von mindestens 0,09 IE/ccm Penicillin benutzt wird. Als Testkeim gilt ein Staphylococcus. Die Penicillinwerte im Blut sind abhängig von der Dosierung des Penicillins, dem Zeitpunkt der Blutentnahme und den individuellen Gegebenheiten. Während der Penicillintherapie wird das Serum in der Go-Komplementbindung untersucht. Es wird hierbei eine Wirkung des Penicillins auf die serologische Struktur des Serums festgestellt, was sich in der Beeinflussung der spezifischen Go-KBR ausdrückt.

    Notes: Zusammenfassung Der Grippevirus-Aluminiumhydroxyd-Adsorbatimpfstoff ruft nach der Injektion die Bildung einer bindegewebigen Kapsel um die injizierte Impfstoffmasse hervor. Dieses Depot kann entfernt werden, der Depotinhalt kann erneut zur Immunisierung von Versuchstieren dienen. Die Entnahme des Depots erlaubt es, ein Urteil über die Leistungsfähigkeit des Impfstoffes abzugeben und Termine festzusetzen, bis zu denen eine Entnahme des Depots ohne Unterbrechung der Antikörperbildung erfolgen kann.

    Description / Table of Contents: By reaction of triorgano-chloro-silanes, (X—C6H4)3SiCl (X = H, CH3, F, Cl, Br), with oxalic acid we succeeded in preparing the bis(triorganosilyl)-oxalates (X—C6H4)3Si—C2O4—Si(C6H4—X)3 with X = H, CH3, Br. Their thermal stabilities were investigated and correlated to the effects of substituents.
    Notes: Durch Umsetzung von Triorgano-chlor-silanen (X—C6H4)3SiCl (X = H, CH3, F, Cl, Br) mit Oxalsäure gelang es, folgende Bis(triorgano-silyl)-oxalate (X—C6H4)3Si—C2O4—Si(C6H4—X)3 (X = H, CH3, Br) darzustellen. Ihre thermische Stabilität wurde untersucht und in Beziehung zu den Substituenten-Einflüssen gebracht.
