Abstract:
Introduction d'anaesthésie: Pentothal et O2 sont suffissant. Intubation. Infusion intraveneuse. 3.
Notes:
Summary The A. summarizes the problem of anaesthesia in neurosurgical patients as follows: 1. preoperative phase: for craniotomy no sedatives, but only atropine 0,5 mgr. 2. induction of anaesthesia: pentothal N2O and O2 are generally sufficient- intubation- infusion of physiologic solution or glucose. 3. Behavior of anaesthesia: the flap having been prepared, the anaesthesia can be much lightened by keeping it on small quantities of pentothal. The respiration as well as the pulse and the arterial pressure must be recorded regularly. The A. discusses the utility of the various anaesthetic drugs, the importance of the patient's position on the operating table and the physiopathology of anesthesia by neurosurgical patients.
