Conclusions 1. Using thermal methods (TGA and DTA) and chemical analysis it has been shown that at 20–500°C in a flow of air, the interaction of NaY zeolite (SiO2/Al2O3=4.4) with ammonium paramolybdate, paratungstate, dichromate, and perrhenate leads to a change in the adsorption properties of the zeolite and in the nature of the decomposition of the salts. The interaction is intensified on going from mechanical mixtures of the zeolite and the salts to impregnated samples. 2. In the presence of NaY there occurs either the partial (in (NH4)2Cr2O7 + NaY) or complete (in NH4ReO4 + NaY) stabilization of the anions of the salts that can be extracted from the samples with a solution of Na2CO3.
