Conclusions The triphenylsilicon and triphenylgermanium hydroperoxides react with phenyl isocyanate to give unstable nitrogen-containing peroxide compounds. The decomposition products of the latter are aniline, CO2, the triphenylsilicon and triphenylgermanium oxides, and oxygen.
