Obwohl eine große Streuungsbreite der drei Werte „Zahl, Größe und Anordnung” der Knochenkerne gefunden wurde, werden Richtlinien angegeben, welche den Knochenkernnachweis im Brustbein als Geburtsreifezeichen verwertbar machen.
    Notes: Summary The development of the ossification centers in the fetal sternum until natal maturity has been studied. Although a wide range of variation of the three factors “number, size and distribution” of the ossification centers was found, general directions as to the applicability of identification of ossification centers in the sternum for determination of natal maturity could be elaborated.

    Description / Table of Contents: Soluble trans-Di-1-alkynyl- and Poly-trans-ethynyl tetraalkylphthalocyaninato)metal IVB DerivativesThe hitherto unknown peripheric substituted trans-dihalogeno(tetra-tert-butylphthalocyaninato)-metal IVB derivatives 5a, b and 6a, b as well as trans-dichloro[tetrakis(trimethylsilyl)phthalocyaninato]germanium (6c) were converted into the monomeric, soluble trans-di-1-alkynyl(tetra-tert-butylphthalocyaninato)metal IVB compounds 10a-h and trans-di-1-alkynyl[tetrakis(trimethylsilyl)phthalocyaninato]germanium compounds 10i-l, respectively, by the reaction with various 1-alkynyl Grignard derivatives 9a-e. The high solubility of all products in organic solvents and the strong ring-current effect of the macrocycle on the axial ligands are remarkable. The formally analogous reaction with the bidentate ethynediyldi-Grignard compound 9f leads to the soluble, acetylene-bridged polymers 12a-c. These are considered as model compounds for a new kind of one-dimensional conductors proposed by us.
    Notes: Die bislang unbekannten peripher substituierten trans-Dihalogeno(tetra-tert-butylphthalocyaninato)metall-IVB-Derivate 5a, b und 6a, b sowie trans-Dichloro[tetrakis(trimethylsilyl)phthalocyaninato]germanium (6c) wurden durch Umsetzung mit verschiedenen 1-Alkinyl-Grignardverbindungen 9a-e in die monomeren trans-Di-1-alkinyl(tetra-tert-butylphthalocyaninato)-metall-IVB-Derivate 10a-h bzw. trans-Di-1-alkinyl[tetrakis(trimethylsilyl)phthalocyaninato]-germanium-Derivate 10i-l übergeführt. Die gute Löslichkeit aller Produkte und der starke, auf die axial gebundenen Liganden wirkende Ringstromeffekt des Makrocyclus sind bemerkenswert. Die formal analoge Umsetzung mit der zweizähnigen Ethindiyldi-Grignardverbindung 9f führt zu den acetylenverbrückten Polymeren 12a-c. Diese sind Modellsubstanzen für einen von uns vorgeschlagenen neuartigen Typ eines eindimensionalen Leiters.

    Description / Table of Contents: (Phthalocyaninato)cobalt(III) Adducts with Nitrogen Bases(Phthalocyaninato)cobalt dichloride, PcCoCl2, does not react with the nitrogenous bases L = pyridine (py), pyrazine (pyz), 2-methylpyrazine (mepyz), and 4,4′-bipyridine (bpy) to form phthalocyaninato complexes [PcCoL2]+ Cl- (1, X = Cl) containing Co3+ as the central metal atom. Instead the mixed complexes PcCo(L)Cl (3, X = Cl) are obtained exclusively, which are characterized by their IR, FIR, and UV/VIS spectra and their thermogravimetric (TG/DTA) data.
    Notes: (Phthalocyaninato)cobaltdichlorid, PcCoCl2, reagiert mit den Stickstoffbasen L = Pyridin (py), Pyrazin (pyz), 2-Methylpyrazin (mepyz) und 4,4′-Bipyridin (bpy) nicht zu Phthalocyaninato-Komplexen [PcCoL2]+ Cl- (1, X = Cl) mit Co3+ als Zentralatom. Es entstehen ausschließlich die gemischten Komplexe PcCo(L)Cl (3, X = Cl), die durch ihre IR-, FIR- und UV/VIS-Spektren und durch Thermogravimetrie (TG/DTA) charakterisiert werden.

    Description / Table of Contents: Synthesis and Properties of (Phthalocyaninato)cobalt(II) Adducts with Nitrogen Bases(α-) and (β-phthalocyaninato)cobalt(II) (PcCo) are treated with ligands L=pyrazine (pyz), 4-methylpyrazine (4-mepyz), pyridine (py), pyridine-d5 (py-d5) 4,4′-bipyridine (bpy), and n-butylamine (bu). The PcCo adducts PcCoL obtained (L=pyz, mepyz, me2pyz, Clpyz, py, py-d5, bu); PcCo-L-CoPc (L=bpy), [PcCoL]n (L=pyz); PcCoL2 (L=pyz, py, py-d5, pip, bpy), are characterized by ESR spectroscopy, thermal and magnetic measurements. Pentacoordinated complexes PcCoL are formed preferentially. Hexacoordinated complexes PcCoL2 with L=py, 4-mepy, bpy, pyz, piperidine (pip) are only formed at a high ligand concentration. While the polymer [PcCo(pyz)]n was isolated as a stable compound, attempts to obtain [PcCo(bpy)]n were unsuccessful. With 1,4-diazabicyclo[2.2.2]octane (dabco), a strong σ-donor ligand, [PcCo(dabco)]n is easily formed. In addition, the reaction of PcCo with 1,6-naphthyridine (naph), benzyl isocyanide (bzNC), and 1,4-diisocyanobenzene (dib) was also investigated.
    Notes: (α-) und (β-Phthalocyaninato)cobalt(II) (PcCo) reagiert mit Liganden L=Pyrazin (pyz), 4-Methylpyrazin (4-mepyz), Pyridin (py), Pyridin-d5 (py-d5), 4,4′-Bipyridin (bpy) und n-Butylamin (bu) zu den PcCo-Addukten PcCoL (L=pyz, mepyz, me2pyz, Clpyz, py, py-d5, bu); PcCo-L-CoPc (L=bpy), [PcCoL]n (L=pyz); PcCoL2 (L=pyz, py, py-d5, pip, bpy), welche durch ESR-Spektroskopie sowie durch thermische und magnetische Messungen charakterisiert werden. Bevorzugt werden die pentakoordinierten Komplexe PcCoL gebildet. Hexakoordinierte Komplexe PcCoL2 mit L=py, 4-mepy, bpy, pyz, Piperidin (pip) werden nur bei hoher Ligandenkonzentration erhalten. [PcCo(pyz)]n wird als stabile Verbindung isoliert; Versuche, [PcCo(bpy)]n zu gewinnen, waren nicht erfolgreich. Mit 1,4-Diazabicyclo[2.2.2]octan (dabco), einem vergleichsweise starken σ-Donorliganden, bildet sich die entsprechende verbrückte Verbindung [PcCo(dabco)]n leicht. Zusätzlich werden die Reaktionen von PcCo mit 1,6-Naphthyridin (naph), Benzylisocyanid (bzNC) und 1,4-Diisocyanobenzol (dib) untersucht.
