    Description / Table of Contents: Maleinimide-groups containing macromolecular supports were prepared. The concentration, temperature, pH, reaction time and urea-concentration dependent reactions with thiols and thiol containing enzymes were studied. Trypsin and α-chymotrypsin, exhibiting no free thiol groups, were polythiolated by means of N-acetyl-D,L-homocysteinethiolacton. The amounts of bound enzyme and the enzymatic activities of the immobilisates were determined.
    Notes: Es wurden hochpolymere Träger mit Maleinimidgruppen dargestellt und deren Bindungsverhalten für Cystein und thiolgruppenhaltige Enzyme in Abhängigkeit von verschiedenen Parametern wie Enzymkonzentration, Temperatur, pH-Wert, Reaktionszeit und Harnstoffkonzentration untersucht. In Trypsin und α-Chymotrypsin, die keine SH-Gruppen aufweisen, wurden Thiolgruppen durch Thiolierung mit N-Acetyl-D,L-homocysteinthiolacton eingeführt. Die am Polymeren gebundene Enzymmenge und die Aktivität der Immobilisate wurden bestimmt.

    Description / Table of Contents: Crosslinked copolymers of acrylonitrile or acrylonitrile and acrylic acid were modified by reacting them with N-methylolmaleimide. Thiolated enzymes or enzymes with native SH-groups could be immobilized on these carriers successfully.
    Notes: Vernetzte Copolymere aus Acrylnitril oder aus Acrylnitril und Acrylsäure wurden mit N-Methylolmaleinimid zu maleinimidgruppenhaltigen reaktiven Trägern umgesetzt. Enzyme mit SH-Gruppen oder solche, in die in einer Thiolierungsreaktion SH-Gruppen eingeführt worden waren, konnten an diesen Trägern erfolgreich immobilisiert werden.
