    Description / Table of Contents: Résumé Description d'un programme rédigé en langage BASIC évolué permettant, à l'aide d'un micro-ordinateur APPLE II, d'effectuer les mesures de surface des signaux en microcalorimétrie et de contrôler en permanence les conditions de fonctionnement de la chaîne de mesure. Le traitement des données fournies par un microcalorimètre Tian Calvet 1000 °C conduit à des enthalpies définies avec une incertitude inferieure à un pour cent.
    Abstract: Zusammenfassung Ein in der BASIC-Sprache verfasstes Programm ermöglicht es bei Verwendung eines Mikrokomputers APPLE II, die Flächen der mikrokalorimetrischen Signale zu messen und die Bedingungen der Funktion der Messkette ständig zu steuern. Die Verarbeitung der Daten eines Mikrokalorimeters Tian Calvet 1000 °C führt zu Enthalpie-Werten von einer Genauigkeit innerhalb 1%.
    Notes: Abstract This paper describes a Basic language program for use with an APPLE II microcomputer on line in a microcalorimetric set. Automatic area measurements, permanent control of physical parameters of manipulations and calculations lead to enthalpy values defined with an accuracy better than one per cent.

Die partiellen molaren Bildungsenthalpien dieser Legierungen, bezogen auf die reinen flüssigen Komponenten sowie die Bildungsenthalpie der Verbindung Sb0.405Te0.595 bei 298 K wurden abgeleitet.
    Abstract: Резюме С помощью капельного калориметра были измерены молярные эн тальпии образования жидких Sb-Te сплавов при температ урах 909,30; 911,85 и 917,95 К. Были установлены парциал ьные молярные энталь пии образования этих спл авов по отношению к исходным жидким комп онентам, а также энтал ьпия образования соедине ния Sb0.405Те0.595 при температуре 298 К.
    Notes: Abstract Thermodynamical data on Sb-Te system at 909,30 K, 911,85 K and 917,95 K. The integral molar enthalpies of formation of liquid Sb-Te alloys were measured at three temperatures by drop calorimetry. Partial molar enthalpies of formation of these alloys, referring to the pure liquid constituants, and enthalpie of formation at 298 K of the compound Sb405Te595 were deduced.

    Notes: Abstract The external envelope glycoprotein (gp 160) of HIV-1 is a candidate for vaccines against AIDS. Most of the surface of the molecule is shielded by carbohydrate and the structures and locations of these glycans may be important in defining the immunogenicity of the viral coat. Here we report a sensitive mapping strategy for profiling and analysing the N-glycosylation of gp160, based on chemical release of glycans, fluorescent labelling and HPLC analysis. This approach has been validated in terms of establishing the reproducibility of all steps in the analytical procedure and on overall reproducibility on a run-to-run and day-to-day basis. The validated analysis technique was used to monitor the consistency of N-glycosylation of one rgp 160 vaccine candidate produced in bovine hamster kidney (BHK) cell culture. It was demonstrated that the variation in the glycan profiles of 6 different lots was not statistically significant.
