Conclusions 1. The shape of the cyclic strain diagrams of the spring alloys LANKMts, ÉI702, 50KhFA, and ÉP637 is determined by the first load cycle. 2. A correlation between the macroscopic elastic limit, the cyclic proportional limit, and the endurance limit was established. 3. The emergence of deformations from individual microspaces of the material to the inner or outer surface was examined as the single mechanism explaining the correlation. 4. The stability of the elastic properties in cycling (εres does not depend on the number of load cycles) is retained only when the stresses are below the macroscopic elastic limit (c″); when the stresses are above or equal too″, there is transition to the stage of abrupt increase in the rate of cumulation of residual strain and failure.
