Résumé La structure des programmes d'examens des pédiatres bernois et bâlois est présentée en ce qui concerne les dates, le besoin en temps, l'organisation, le matériel, les procédures et les techniques. Certains procédés sont décrits en détail pour illustrer la faÇon dont il convient d'agir. Un résumé de tous les éléments de l'examen selon l'âge est présenté, y compris les troubles du comportement, le développement mental et moteur, les examens de la vision et de l'ouÏe, les malformations et autres anomalies d'organes, ainsi que les défauts métaboliques congénitaux.
Kurzfassung:
Summary The scheme of preventive examinations used by pediatricians of the cantons of Berne and Basle is presented in terms of the dates, required time, organization, material, procedures, and techniques. As an illustration, certain procedures are described in detail. A summary of all elements of the examination according to age is presented including behavioral, mental and motor development, screening for vision and hearing defects, search for malformations and other organ abnormalities, and inborn metabolic defects.

Zusammenfassung Anhand der programmierten Vorsorgeuntersuchungen der Berner und Basler Kinderärzte wird über Untersuchungstermine, Zeitaufwand, Organisation, Materialbeschaffung, Untersuchungsablauf, Vorgang und Techniken gesprochen. Einzelne Untersuchungen werden beispielhaft erklärt und erläutert, wobei zu jeder Altersgruppe die wichtigsten Untersuchungen zusammengefasst werden.
