Synthesis and Characteristics of Fluorinated BenzofuransDihydrobenzofurans 4a-c and g-j were synthesized from 2-acetyl-1,4-benzoquinone (1) and β-diketones 2a-c and g-j and dehydrated to benzofurans 5a-i. The structure of 5d was examined by X-ray analysis. Reaction of quinone 9 and diketone 2g yielded directly fluorinated benzofurans 11a and 12b. The abnormal 1H-NMR spectra of benzofurans 5d,f and 11a are discussed. Formation of ketone hydrates 12a,b and 13 was detected.

Die Dihydrobenzofurane 4a-c und g-j wurden aus 2-Acetyl-1,4-benzochinon (1) und den β-Diketonen 2a-c und g-j dargestellt und zu den Benzofuranen 5a-i dehydratisiert. Die Struktur von 5d wurde röntgenographisch untersucht. Durch Umsetzung von 1,4-Benzochinon (9) mit dem Diketon 2g wurden direkt die fluorierten Benzofurane 11a und 12b erhalten. Besonderheiten in den 1H-NMR-Spektren der Benzofurane 5d,f und 11a werden diskutiert, und eine Keton-Hydrat-Bildung (12a,b und 13) wird nachgewiesen.
