Zusammenfassung Die Arbeit beschäftigt sich mit Mietens-Syndrom, das gekennzeichnet ist durch geistige Retardierung, Wachstumsverzögerung, Beugekontraktur der Ellbogen, Verrenkung des Radius, ungewöhnlich kurze Ulna und Radius, beidseitige Hornhauttrübung, horizontalen und rotatorischen Nystagmus, Strabismus und kleine, spitze Nase mit eingesunkener Nasenwurzel. Es handelt sich hierbei um den 2. Bericht über Mietens-Syndrom.

Summary This paper reports on Mietens' syndrome which is characterized by mental retardation, growth failure, flexion contracture of the elbows, dislocation of the radius, abnormally short ulna and radius, bilateral corneal opacity, horizontal and rotational nystagmus, strabismus and a small pointed nose with depressed root. This is the second report on the Mietens' syndrome.
