Notes: The phosphorus slag produced as the waste of yellow phosphorus manufacturing was studiedfor the production of calcium-aluminum-silicone system glass ceramic materials. The thermal behaviorand crystallization processes of fine powders of parent glass with chemical composition (wt. %) 52-60SiO2, 22-28 CaO, 2-10 Al2O3, 3-8Na2O+K2O, 1.7-2.1P2O5 and 1.6-2.0 F were carefully studied by DTA,XRD and SEM techniques. The desired sequence of events, i.e. nucleation, sintering and devitrificationoccurred by heat treating the glass powder. The results showed that the phosphorus slag can be as a mainraw material directly in production of the glass ceramic

Notes: Piezoelectric servo mechanism, with its existing nonlinear response and hysteresis, restricts the precision greatly when applied to manufacturing of non-axisymmetric optic mirror. On the basis of theory analysis and experiments, this paper builds three kinds of feed-forward model of piezoelectric servo cutting system. According to these mathematical models, we make the compensation control to the cutting tool position, which results the maximum displacement error less than 0.04μm. And based on this method, experiments on machining non-axisymmetric opticsurface of wave front corrector shows the Zernike relative error is less than 10%. So the compensation control of feed-forward control model of cutting tools position can efficiently counteract the influence of nonlinear response and hysteresis, which improves machining precision of non-axisymmetric optic mirror surface

Notes: Ultrasonic vibration is applied to diamond turning of special stainless steel to decreasediamond tool wear and improve the surface quality of the workpieces. It reviews the principle ofdiamond turning of special stainless steel by applying ultrasonic vibration combined with gas shield.Compared with the ordinary machining method, cutting temperature and cutting force are greatlyreduced when machining by application of ultrasonic vibration, and the appetency between adiamond tool and Ferrous atom of a workpiece is also minimized as gas shield application. TheExperiments of cutting special stainless steel workpieces show that the surface roughness Ra is lessthan 0.15μm and flank wear-width is less than 5μm when cutting distance is up to 2000m. It takesresearch on the effect of cutting parameters to surface roughness and tool wear. The experimentresult shows that the amplitude is the most important factor which effects tool wear and surfaceroughness most

Notes: For discussing the mechanism of load-transferring for reinforced steel fiber reinforced concrete (SFRC) double-column combined six-pile caps, the large-scale general finite element software-ABAQUS is used for the tested SFRC caps with computing in the aspects of modeling, cracking load, limit load, load-deformation curve, distribution of stress in caps and cracks and etc. The results of computing is compared with the result of experiments and the comparison is indicated: The results of computing and experiments are coincided well; The destroy pattern of SFRC double-column combined six-pile caps is sheared damage or punched damage and the model of load-transferring accords with spatial strut-and-tie method (STM); The mixture of steel fiber can improve cracking load and limit load for RC caps, delay the crack for caps, block the cracks’ expansion, and enhance the cap’s ductility

Notes: The interface bonding between the carbides and the solid solution matrix is studied insurfacing welding metal of Fe-Nb-Ti-V-C alloy system. Both the quenched welding droplets and thedeposited metal are investigated by means of SEM and TEM. In the deposited metal, the carbidesare dispersed, and the matrix is low carbon martensite. According to welding metallurgicalcharacteristics, it is deduced that the carbides are formed during the droplets stage and then transmitinto the welding pool. When the welding pool solidify, the carbides serve as nucleation site, so theinterface between the carbides and the matrix is clean and free from other reactants. The selectedarea electron diffraction (SAED) analysis reveals that the mismatch between the two phase is δ=(6.1~8.3)%, and there exist a crystal parallel relationship at the interface: (002)α-Fe // (220)(NbTiV)C.The metallurgical bonding between the carbides and the matrix favors to prevent the carbides todetach from the matrix during wear process, so the surfacing welding metal can achieve goodwear-resistance

Notes: This paper develops a novel five DOF hybrid polishing kinematics machine tool in orderto obtain more stable machining result in the elastic polishing on the free-form surfaces. Becausethe machine tool is a complex multi-body system that comprises many close-loop structures, jointing clearance becomes the important influence factor to its moving stability. The unified rigidmulti-body and flexible multi-body dynamics equation of for the parallel mechanism of hybridpolishing kinematics machine tool is respectively built, which considers the influence of joint withclearance and applies the kinematics model of Newton second state. The result of analysis showsthat the moving stability of the hybrid polishing kinematics machine tool is reduced due to theexisting jointing clearance. However, the interior flexibility of the mechanism can reduce the shockeffect of collision in the part of motion pair. It can improve the working stability of mechanism

Notes: The microstructure and wear-resistance of the welding deposited metal of Fe-Ti-Nb-V-Cand Fe-Cr-W-Mo-C alloy system (with American MG700 as example) are studyed by using SEM ,TEM and MM200 wear testing machine. It is revealed that Ti and Nb promote the formation ofdispersed MC type carbide granules, while the carbides of Cr and W or Mo tend to precipitate alonggrain boundary. The formation of MC carbide granules depletes the carbon content in the matrix, and then low carbon martensite matrix can be achieved. The hard and tough matrix and the granularcarbides improve the wear-resistance of the deposited metal. But excessive Ti and Nb induce theformation of bigger granules with sharp corner and result too soft matrix, then the wear-resistancedecrease. As to the Fe-Cr-W-Mo-C alloy system, network carbides and high carbon martensitematrix make the deposited metal very brittle. During wearing process, the propagating ofmicrocrack in the matrix induces lots of scraps flake off, which decrease the wear-resistance of thedeposited metal. The deposited metal of Fe-0.64Ti-1.18Nb-2.18V-1.43Cr-0.97C alloy system incurrent study achieve the best wear-resistance
