Zusammenfassung Mit Hilfe der Gefäßweitenmessung und der 2-Punkte-Fluorometrie wird das Blutvolumen pro Zeiteinheit (Blutvolumendurchfluß) in retinalen arteriellen Gefäßstücken gemessen. Es zeigt sich, daß bei Venenastverschlüssen nach Lichtkoagulation die retinale Zirkulation im betroffenen Areal gegenüber nicht ausreichend koagulierten Gebieten reduziert ist.

Abstract The blood flow through the great retinal vessels is defined by the help of two-point photometry and measuring of the diameter of the vessel. In branch vein occlusion the retinal circulation, in affected areas is reduced after photocoagulation compared to insufficient coagulated areas.
