Summary The inverse gas-chromatography performed in isotherm at 100 °C on polyethyleneterephthalate allows to work over theTg-temperature and consequently the probe can penetrate into the whole polymetric material. The technique is suitable to show the morphologial differences among polyethyleneterephthalate fibers. The gaschromatographic and röntgenographic characterization of commercial fibers and of fibers which have been treated in laboratory allows to put forward a hypothesis of the structural evolution and its influences on the dyeability.

Zusammenfassung Die umgekehrte Gas-Chromatographie bei konstanter Temperatur (100 °C) gestattet es, bei Polyäthylenterephthalat überhalb derTg-Temperatur zu arbeiten, so daß das gesamte polymere Material an der Diffusion der eindringenden Sonde teilnimmt. Es hat sich herausgestellt, daß sich dieses Verfahren für die Hervorhebung morphologischer Unterschiede zwischen den Polyesterfasern eignet. Die gaschromatographische und röntgenographische Charakterisierung von Handelsfasern und im Laboratorium behandelten Fasern führt zu einer Hypothese über ihre strukturelle Ausbildung und deren Einwirkung auf dieFärbbarkeit.
