On the Phase Transition of Greigite (Fe3S4) to Pyrrhotite (FeS) by Electron BeamThe phase transition of mackinawite to pyrrhotite via greigite, which occurs on heating by means of electron beam in an electron microscope, is examined. An orientation relationship {111}G//(001)p and 〈110〉G//[110]p can be applied at the transition of greigite to pyrrhotite.

Die Umwandlung von Mackinawit in Pyrrhotin über Greigit, die durch Erhitzen mittels Elektronenbestrahlung in einem Elektronenmikroskop auftritt, wird untersucht. Bei der Umwandlung von Greigit in Pyrrhotin läßt sich ein Orientierungszusammenhang {111}G//(001)p und 〈110〉G//[110]p anwenden.
