Zusammenfassung In den Jahren 1965–1968 wurden im UKH Linz bei 39 Patienten 40 FBB der Gruppe V–VIII nach L. Böhler mit percutaner Bohrdrahtosteosynthese versorgt. Technik und Behandlungsergebnisse dieser Methode werden beschrieben. Bei strenger Indikation und richtiger technischer Ausführung ist die percutane Bohrdrahtosteosynthese geeignet, gute funktionelle Endergebnisse zu erzielen. Korrekturoperationen entfallen in den meisten Fällen.

Summary 40 fractures of the calcaneus (group V–VIII) in 39 patients were treated by percutaneous Kirschner-wire-fixation. the technique is described and the results are reported. In carefully selected cases reduction of intraarticular fractures of calcaneus can be stabilised by this method and good functional results will be obtained if the technical performance is done correctly.
