Zusammenfassung Osteoblastische Sarkome der Maus nach 224Ra-Inkorporation zeigen vom Skeletort abhängig eine unterschiedliche Differenzierung. — Tumoren des Kopfbereiches lassen meist die Ausbildung besonderer osteoblastischer Zellen vermissen, während man bei Tumoren der übrigen Skeletabschnitte häufiger Osteoblasten, Osteoklasten und auch Blutbildung findet. — Beim Nachweis der alkalischen Phosphatase lassen sich verschiedenartige Gewebsmuster der Enzymaktivität aufzeigen.

Summary Osteoblastic sarcomas of the mouse induced by incorporation of 224Radium show various types of differentiation dependent on their location in the skeleton. — Generally, tumors of the head region do not show any special osteoblastic cells whereas in tumors of other skeletal sites osteoblasts, osteoclasts and even bloodforming tissue may be frequently observed. — The histochemical demonstration of alkaline and acid phosphatase reveals different patterns of enzyme activity.
