Summary During animal tests with rats the influence of psychopharmaka and relaxations of the muscles (Flaxedil®, Sanoma®, Miltaun® and Artane®) was examined on the postmortal muscular excitability and the begin of rigor mortis. Miltaun® (300 mg/kg i.p.) and Sanoma® (90 mg/kg i.p.) decelerated the begin of rigor mortis significantly. After doses of Miltaun® the muscular excitibility, too, was significantly decelerated. To examine the inhibitory effect on putrefaction of antibiotic effective preparations, two new preparations of Tetracyclin (Ledermycin® and Rondomycin®), following former tests, were tested on rats, too in comparison to Achromycin®. Ledermycin® and Rondomycin® proved to be more effective then the up today examined antibiotics due to the higher and more constant concentrations of these antibiotics in blood and the organs as well as to their greater stability as compared with the change of the pH milieu. We would like to point out the possible miscalculation of the trime of death due to the ignorance of such a therapy of pharmaceutics which preceded death.
Notes:
