The observed correlation functions are: 764 keV−1505 keV-cascade: W(ϑ)=1−(0,1578±0,0075)P 2−(0,0075±0,0065)P 4 1505 keV−658 keV-cascade: W(ϑ)=1−(0,395±0,013)P 2−(0,032±0,012)P 4 1384 keV−884 keV-cascade: W(ϑ)=1−(0,2840±0,0110)P 2−(0,0137±0,0090)P 4 1384 keV−658 keV-cascade: W(ϑ)=1−(0,3013±0,0065)P 2−(0,0130±0,0055)P 4 937 keV−884 keV-cascade: W(ϑ)=1+(0,098±0,012)P 2+(0,0148±0,0058)P 4 884 keV−658 keV-cascade: W(ϑ)=1+(0,1004±0,0087)P 2+(0,0086±0,0046)P 4 Together with recent experimental results on internal conversion coefficients, these measurements permit to make unique spin and parity assigments to all known levels but one of Cd110.

    Notes: Zusamnzenfassung Die Geschwindigkeit der Kristallisation von Weinstein aus stark übersättigten wäßrig-alkoholischen Lösungen wurde durch Leitfähigkeitsmessungen verfolgt. Die Gesetzmäßigkeiten der Ausscheidung in Abhängigkeit von der Temperatur, der Konzentration und vom pH wurden festgestellt. Durch Zusätze von Fremdionen konnte die Kristallisation verzögert werden. Dagegen wurde kein Zusatz gefunden, der die Kristallisation beschleunigt.

    Notes: Zusammenfassung Verschiedene Methoden zur Bestimmung der Pektinstoffe werden an reinen Pektinlösungen und Säften überprüft. Dabei zeigt es sich, daß die photometrische Auswertung der Färbung von Galakturonsäure mit Carbazol den titrimetrischen und gravimetrischen Methoden an Genauigkeit und Reproduzierbarkeit überlegen ist. Ähnliche Genauigkeit kann durch die flammenphotometrische Ermittlung des Calciumgehaltes von Calciumpektatniederschlägen erzielt werden. Die Methode ist jedoch zeitaufwendiger. Das photometrische Verfahren ermöglicht die Bestimmung von Pektin, Calciumpektat und Protopektin nebeneinander.

    Notes: Zusammenfassung Zahlreiche Apfelaromen natürlicher Herkunft wurden chemisch untersucht. Der Gehalt an freien Säuren, Estern, Carbonylverbindungen und Alkoholen ist großen Schwankungen unterworfen. Durch gaschromatographische Untersuchungen wurde eine große Anzahl von Komponenten des Apfelaromas identifiziert. Es wurden 10 Alkohole, 9 Oxoverbindungen und 11 Säuren gefunden. Verschiedene dieser Komponenten wurden auch schon von anderen Autoren gefunden, jedoch noch nie alle von einem Untersucher gleichzeitig. Erstmalig im Apfelaroma wurden Hexenol und Hexensäure gefunden. Als charakteristischer artspezifischer Bestandteil des Apfelaromas wurde Hexenal erkannt. Es wird angenommen, daß das sortenspezifische Aroma durch Ester bedingt wird.
