Zusammenfassung 10 gesunden Versuchspersonen wurde über eine Stunde intravenös eine Aminosäuren-Sorbit-Lösung handelsüblicher Zusammensetzung infundiert. Hierunter kam es zu einer deutlichen Stimulation des exokrinen Pankreas. Der Enzymausstoß stieg auf 165–385%, die Bicarbonatsekretion auf 140% der Ausgangswerte unter Nüchternbedingungen. Die maximale Konzentration der Enzyme lag im Pankreassaft unter der Infusion durchweg höher als nach Stimulation des Organs mit Pankreozymin-Sekretin. Diese Beobachtung läßt die Frage der autodigestiven Gefährdung des Pankreas bei Vorliegen von Zusatzfaktoren unter Infusionsbedingungen aufkommen.

Summary 10 healthy subjects were given intravenously a solution of amino-acids-sorbital, commercially used, over a period of one hour. A distinct stimulation of the exocrine pancreas was recorded. The enzyme output rose to 165–385 %, the bicarbonate secretion to 140% of the original level at fasting conditions. The maximum enzyme concentration in the pancreatic juice proved to be much higher under the influence of the infusion than after stimulation of the organ with pancreozymin-secretin. This observation raises the question of autodigestive risk of the pancreas at infusion conditions with additional factors.
