Zusammenfassung Die positiv inotrope Wirkung von Glucagon wurde am Katzenherzen in situ ermittelt. (dP/dt) max nahm dosisabhängig zu und es wurde eine Dosis-Wirkungskurve (3–40 µg Glucagon/kg) angefertigt. Der Verlauf dieser Kurve wurde von einer gleichzeitigen Propranolol-Infusion nicht wesentlich beeinflußt.

Summary The positive inotropic action of glucagon was assessed on the cat heartin situ. (dP/dt) max in the left ventricle increased in a dose dependent manner (3–40 µg/kg) and a dose response curve could be established. This curve was not significantly influenced by a simultaneous infusion of propranolol.
