    Notes: For recombinant DNA product fermentations in the laboratory and pilot scale as well as for antibiotic fermentations at the industrial scale decision support program systems for personal computers were developed. It assists the operator to solve control and decision tasks. Applying this program the data and knowledge bases increase, which include measured and derived process data, parameters and comments of previous fermentation runs as well as algorithmic and declarative rules.

    Notes: The establishment of an on- or off-line-optimal-controlled fermentation process requires a system of situation identification  -  process rearrangement. The choice of the structure and the mathematical model of the situation is difficult. To characterize the situation it is necessary to determine the process-specific vector which regards the major features of the processes. The determination of the structur and the vector which regards the major features of the fermentation process has been demonstrated by several examples.

    Notes: Bedingt durch ihre Biologie, insbesondere jedoch durch ihre enge Bindung an sehr differenzierte Habitate, stellen die Binnenmollusken für landeskulturelle Aussagen eine herausragende Tiergruppe dar. Ihre relativ geringe Ortsbeweglichkeit bei teilweise artspezifisch bedingter erheblicher passiver Verbreitungstendenz ermöglicht es ihnen, in vergleichsweise kurzer Zeit zusagende Lebensräume erfolgreich zu besiedeln. Darüber hinaus erlauben die in subfossilen Ablagerungen vielfach gut erhaltenen Gehäusereste Rückschlüsse zum historischen Faunenwandel. Ausgehend von den paläoökologischen Aussagen, die aus dem Nachweis der einzelnen Arten abgeleitet werden können, ist somit die Rekonstruktion des Landschaftsbildes zu einem konkreten Zeitpunkt möglich. Dies ist besonders wesentlich, um zwischen natürlichen Gegebenheiten und den Veränderungen, die der Mensch bedingt hat, zu unterscheiden.
