Notizen: Summary Discription of a case of liver coma in a 5 year old patient who was suffering from transfusion hepatitis. She was treated by peritoneal dialysis over a period af 6 days under continous control of body water, serum electrolytes and of the acid base balance. During this treatment the patient improved dramatically. Two months later the child was clinically without pathological findings. The liverfunction tests had returned to normal values.
