Zusammenfassung Es konnte gezeigt werden, daß Benziodaron neben der bereits bekannten uricosurischen Wirkung auch einen direkten Einfluß auf die Purinsynthese hat. Unter der Therapie von Benziodaron kommt es zu einer Aktivitätssteigerung der Adenin- (A-PRT) und der Hypoxanthin-Guanin-Phosphoribosyltransferase (HG-PRT).
Notes:
Summary Benziodaron, a potent uricosuric drug, also influences the biosynthesis of purines. Following Benziodaron administration the activities of adenine- (A-PRT) and hypoxanthine-guanine-phosphoribosyltransferase (HG-PRT) are increased.
