Notizen: Summary A TLC method using silver nitrate incorporated in alumina G coated glass plates as a chromogenic reagent was developed for the estimation of diflubenzuron. The sensitivity of this technique for diflubenzuron was 0.1 μg and its residues in water down to 0.002 μg g−1 could be determined. Considering simplicity and low cost, this newly standardized TLC procedure compares favourably with available HPLC methods.
