    Notes: Abstract It is possible to predict the amount of gamma rays which are produced in various astronomical objects = gamma rays due to nuclear reactions, to bremsstrahlung, to cosmic rays, to annihilation of matter and anti-matter. These predictions are compared to the results of the observations with Explorer XI and are used to suggest new experiments. The following experiments are suggested: (1) to measure the γ flash associated with Supernovae; (2) to study the energy spectrum of γ rays from radio-sources; (3) to study the γ rays produced in the galaxy, in the halo, and in extragalactic nebulae. The weight of the instruments is sufficiently low to put γ astronomy among the immediate program of European space research.
