    Description / Table of Contents: The Corrosion of Alloyed Steels and Nickel alloys by Phosphoric AcidPhosphoric acid gains a permanently increasing industrial importance. But the knowledge of its corrosive effects especially upon the industrially important normal stainless steels are very incomplete as proved by a short review of the concerned literature. Therefore investigations on the corrosion of high alloyed steels and modern nickel alloys (containing Mo) were carried out over the whole range of concentration and temperature up to the atmospheric boiling point. The obtained corrosion data are represented in chart form. The corrosion resistance regions are delineated by isocorrosion lines.At high temperatures and concentrations the corrosion by phosphoric acid is so vigorous that the nickel molybdenum alloy 70/30 only is considered to be practically unaffected. In the great range of concentration and temperature below 100 centigrades are great regions of excellent or even absolute resistance to corrosion for many materials. In the range above 100 centigrades some Mo and Cu containing Cr-Ni-Steels are fairly resistant up to considerable high temperatures.
    Notes: Die Phosphorsäure gewinnt technisch eine dauernd steigende Bedeutung, jedoch sind, wie eine kurze Literaturübersicht zeigt, die Kenntnisse über ihre korrodierende Wirkung besonders auf die technisch wichtigen normalen korrosionsbeständigen Stähle recht lückenhaft. Daher wurde mit den hoch legierten Stählen und den modernen Nickellegierungen (Mo-haltig) eine Korrosionsuntersuchung über das gesamte Temperatur-Konzentrationsgebiet bis zu den atmosphärischen Siedepunkten durchgeführt. Die Resultate wurden in Form von Korrosionsdiagrammen dargestellt, wobei die Beständigkeitsgebiete durch Isokorrosionslinien abgegrenzt werden.Die Korrosion durch Phosphorsäure ist bei hohen Temperaturen und Konzentrationen sehr stark, so daß schließlich nur noch die Ni-Mo-Legierungen 70/30 als praktisch vollkommen beständig anzusehen sind. In dem großen Temperatur-Konzentrationsgebiet unter 100°C sind jedoch bei vielen Werkstoffen große Gebiete vollkommener oder auch absoluter Korrosionsbeständigkeit vorhanden. In dem Gebiet über 100°C sind einige Mo- und Cu-haltige Cr-Ni-Stähle bis zu ziemlich hohen Temperaturen ausreichend beständig.

    Description / Table of Contents: The Sintered Metal Filters and their Structure and Properties and ApplicationThe porous sintered metal filters have been used in the USA for long and lately in Europe too are gaining increasing importance for chemical equipment. The structure of porous sintered metals and the influence of granulation of the used powder on the arrangement of the requested filtering channels are explained to show the possibilities of their application. The to-day available materials and their properties concerning their pressure drop and chemical resistance as well as their mechanical and physical properties are under discussion.Practical examples prove the possibilities of their use. Porous sintered metals can also be used for the diffusing of liquids and gases and seperators and the control of flow of gases and liquids and flash back arrestors.The examples quoted are intendeds to activate interest in the proper use of the improvement of existing equipment by application of porous sintered metals, increase of the industrial efficiency of working processes and of safety, and development of new techniques.
    Notes: Die schon seit längerer Zeit in den USA und neuerdings auch in Europa verwendeten Filter aus porösen Sintermetallen gewinnen steigende Bedeutung für das chemische Apparatewesen. Um die Möglichkeiten ihres Einsatzes zu veranschaulichen, wird der Aufbau poröser Sintermetalle und der Einfluß der kornform der verwendeten Pulver auf die Anordnung der erwünschten Filterkanäle erläutert. Die bis jetzt zur Verfügung stehenden Werkstoffe und ihre Eigenschaften werden hinsichtlich ihres Druckverlustes, der chemischen Beständigkeit, sowie der mechanischen und physikalischen Eigenschaften besprochen.Beispiele aus der Praxis Zeigen die Einsatzmöglichkeiten. Außer für Filter erstreckt sich der Einsatz poröser Sintermetalle auf die Gebiete „gleichmäßige Verteilung von Gasen und Flüssigkeiten“, „Separatoren“, „Mengenbegrenzer“ und „Flammensperren“.Die angeführten Beispiele sollen dazu anregen, die spezifischen Eigenschaften poröser Sintermetalle sinnvoll auszunutzen, z. B. vorhandene Konstruktionen durch Einsatz von porösen Sintermetallen zu verbessern, die Wirtschaftlichkeit von Arbeitsprozessen zu steigern, ihre Betriebssicherheit zu erhöhen oder sogar neue Wege in der Verfahrenstechnik zu erschließen.

    Description / Table of Contents: On the Selection of Contact Agent MaterialThe present state of developement of the heterogeneous catalysis is displayed at hand of the latest literature. Special consideration is paid to the relations of the catalytic activity and the structure of catalysis. Contact-potential and electric conductivity and chemisorption measurements as well as the determination of the coefficient of accomodation have been proved good for the research of contact surface process. The Taylor theory of active centres and the balandin “Multiplett” theory and the Schwab “Adlineation” theory are compared with the modern conception of a frequently decicive influence of the electron configuration of a catalyst. The discussion results in new points of view even for the selection of contact agents of industrially important reactions.
    Notes: Anhand der neueren Literatur wird der gegenwärtige Entwicklungsstand auf dem Gebiet der heterogenen Katalyse beschrieben, wobei die Zusammenhänge zwischen der katalytischen Aktivität und der Struktur des katalysators besonders berücksichtigt werden. Als Untersuchungsmethoden für die Vorgänge in der Katalysatoroberfläche haben sich Kontaktpotential-, elektrische Leitfähigkeits- und Chemisorptionsmessungen und die Bestimmung des Akkommodationskoeffizienten besonders bewährt. Die TAYLOR- sche Theorie der „aktiven Zentren“, die Balandinsche „Multiplett-Theorie“ und die Schwabsche „Adlineations-Theorie“ werden der heutigen Auffassung eines vielfach maßgebenden Einflusses der Elektronenkonfiguration eines katalysators gegenübergestellt. Dabei ergeben sich auch für die Auswahl von Kontaktkatalysatoren technisch wichtiger Reaktionen neue Gesichtspunkte.

    Description / Table of Contents: Inhibition and InhibitorsBy corrosion-inhibition is meant every suppression of corrosion of metals or non-metals caused by one or several substances (Corrosion-Inhibitors) in so far these substances are ingredients of the corrosive agent. Corrosion-inhibitors cause the corrosive agent to form preserving films on the surface of the metal. (The film itself is not the inhibitor.)Physical inhibitors block the surface of a metal by adsorption. Chemical inhibitors react upon the surface of the metal forming thin, mostly multimolecular, covers or preserving films (Passivators or Deckschichtenbildner). Other chemical inhibitors do not react upon the surface but upon the corrosive agent (Destimulators). Physical inhibitors are sufficient to block the discharge of ions, which is a step of the corrosion process e. g. corrosion under discharge of hydrogen. Chemical inhibitors are necessary to suppress the passage of electrons from the metal to the ions of the corrosive agent, as is the case with corrosions consuming oxygen. The mechanism of physical and chemical inhibition its existence and use are thoroughly discussed.
    Notes: Unter Korrosions-Inhibition wird jeder Hemmungsvorgang der Korrosion von Metallen (oder Nichtmetallen) verstanden, den ein oder mehrere Stoffe (Korrosions-Inhibitoren) hervorrufen, sofern diese Stoffe in dem chemisch angreifenden Mittel enthalten sind. Korrosions-Inhibitoren bilden also  -  stets aus dem Korrosionsmittel heraus  -  einen schützenden Film auf der Metalloberfläche (nicht der Film selbst ist der Inhibitor).Physikalische Inhibitoren blockieren die Metalloberfläche mittels Adsorption. Chemische Inhibitoren reagieren mit der Metalloberfläche, indem sie dünne (meist mehrmolekulare) Schutzfilme oder Deckschichten bilden (Passivatoren oder Deckschichtenbildner). Chemische Inhibitoren können aber auch schützen, indem sie nicht mit dem Metall, sondern mit dem Korrosionsmittel reagieren (Destimulatoren). Physikalische Inhibitoren reichen bei Ionenübergängen, als Teilvorgängen der Korrosion, aus (z. B. Korrosion unter H-Entwicklung). Zur Hemmung von Elektronenübergängen, wie etwa bei allen Korrosionen unter Verbrauch von O2, sind chemische Inhibitoren notwendig. Der Mechanismus der physikalischen und der chemischen Inhibition, ihr Existenz- und ihr Anwendungsbereich werden eingehend erörtert.

    Description / Table of Contents: On Alternating-Current-CorrosionLaboratory-experiments on the destruction of iron-electrodes being charged with direct and alternating and indulatory currents are communicated. The results are compared with the theory. Conclusions for the practice of stray-current-corrosion are drawn.The experiences of electric works concerning the destruction of earth-circuits made of different metals are related. The apparent influence of stray-current-charges on earth-circuits is explained. According to the obtained results the author recommends a prohibition of coppermade-earth-circuits.
    Notes: Es wird von Laboratoriumsversuchen über die Zerstörung von Eisenelektroden bei Gleichstrom-, Wechselstrom- und Mischstrom-Belastung berichtet. Die Versuchsergebnisse werden mit der Theorie verglichen und Schlußfolgerungen für die Praxis der Streustromkorrosion gezogen.Es wird sodann zu praktischen Erfahrungen it Zerstörung von Erdern aus verschiedenem Material in Elektrizitätswerksbetrieben übergegangen und eine Deutung des scheinbaren Einflusses der Streustrombelastung auf Erder gegeben.Auf Grund dieser Ergebnisse wird ein Verbot der Verwendung von Kupfer als Baumaterial empfohlen.

Aluminum behaves actively or passively, dependent upon the saturation of the soil. If the soil is saturated with water, behaviour in sandy, lime or clay soils is always passive.There was quantative evidence to show that, in the case of the element platinum/Soil + Water/Aluminium, the current strength of the element or the loss in weight of the anode relative to the time of experimentation can determine passive or active behaviour.
    Notes: Es wird die Korrosionsgeschwindigkeit des Aluminiums anhand verschiedener Verhältnisse von Wasser zu Luft diskutiert. Das Aluminium zeigt ein aktives, bzw. ein passives Verhalten in Abhängigkeit vom Sättigungszustand des Bodens an Wasser. Wird der Boden mit Wasser saturiert, so zeigt Aluminium im sand-, lehm- und tonhaltigen Boden stets ein passives Verhalten.Im Element Pt/Boden + Wasser/ Al wurde ein quantitativer Nachweis erbracht, wie sich durch die Stromstärke des Elementes bzw. durch den Gewichtsverlust der Anode in Abhängigkeit von Versuchsdauer ein passives bzw. aktives Verhalten einstellen läßt.

    Description / Table of Contents: Progress of the Chemical Water-Treatment Intending Increased Protection against CorrosionFiltration and washing of mechanic filters have remained the same. In accordance with the effectiveness of inhibitors protection against corrosion should be achieved by minimum-additives. The electrochemical process of metall-dissolution and those secondary reactions upon the components of the water are to be considered. Necessarily dosing appliances were improved. The efforts to regulate the amount of dissolved oxygen by new airation-methods and addition of nitrates and other oxidising agents like KMnO4, chlorine, hypochlorous acid, chlorinedioxide and so on have been continued. Simultaniously formation of very insoluble covers and just as well some advantage concerning public health should be achieved by minimum-additives of phosphates, silicates and flurides. One endeavours to govern water-treatment so that valueable traces of elements in the water will remain preserved or, if necessary, be increased or diminished.
    Notes: Die Filterung und die Spülung der mechanisch wirkenden Filter ist gleich geblieben; man bemüht sich durch chemische Minimalzusätze im Sinne der Inhibitorwirkung einen Korrosionsschutz zu erzielen, wobei man den elektrochemischen Vorgängen der Metallauflösung und den damit in Verbindung stehenden Sekundärreaktionen mit Bestandteilen des Wassers Beachtung schenkt; zwangsläufig damit ergab sich eine Verbesserung der Dosierungsvorrichtungen. Die Bestrebungen zur Regulierung der Menge des gelösten Sauerstoffs durch neue Belüftungsverfahren, Zusatz von Nitraten und anderen oxydierend wirkenden Verbindungen, wie KMnO4, Chlor, unterchlorige Säure, Chlordioxyd usw., wurden fortgesetzt. Gleichzeitig mit Minimalzusätzen an Phosphaten, Silikaten, Fluoriden usw. will man neben der Erzeugung schwerlöslicher Schutzschichten z. T. auch Vorteile auf allgemein gesundheitlichem Gebiete erreichen, und bemüht sich, die Wasseraufbereitung so zu lenken, daß wertvolle Elementspuren in Wasser enhalten bleiben, oder, wenn nötig, erhöht oder erniedrigt werden.

    Description / Table of Contents: The Wash-Primer for Preconditioning of Metals and Universal Prime-CoatingThe functions of this paint which gains increasing importance as well as its range of application are fixed in the Register of Standards DIN 55945. The wash primer is an adhering and passivating agent for preconditioning of metals. It is delivered in two different components. One consists essentially of polyvinyl butyl aldehyde and an especially developed zinc chromate and the other of phosphoric acid. If applied to a metal a passivation of the surface of the metal, e. g. iron or light metals, and an excellent adhesion is achieved.The problem of priming coats on nonmetals like glas, hard fiber, bakelite articles and concrete could be solved by the wash-primer in a most satisfying way.The universal effectiveness of the two component-wash-primer could not be obtained by the so called „one pot“ wash primer.The two components of the wash primer should be mixed just right before used as because of the progressing reaction of the two components after more than hours the adhesion cannot be developed to the full extent. The consistency guarantees its penetration into deep pores and the formation of a thin coat.A wash primer film does not protect against corrosion for a longer time and does not spare normal priming. A further coat of paint suitable to the under coat should be applied in the open air after some days and indoors after some weeks.
    Notes: Aufgabe, Anwendungsmöglichkeit und Grenzen dieses Anstrichmittels, dem immer stärkere Bedeutung zukommt, sind in DIN E 55945 festgelegt.Wash-Primer ist ein haftungsvermittelndes und passivierendes Mittel zur Metallvorbehandlung. Er wird in 2 Komponenten geliefert, deren wesentliche Bestandteile bei der einen aus Polyvinylbutyral und einem speziell entwickelten Zinkchromat, bei der anderen aus Phosphorsäure bestehen. Bei der Anwendung auf Metall wird neben einer ausgezeichneten Haftung eine Passivierung der Metalloberfläche, z. B. auf Eisen und Leichtmetall, erzielt.Auch auf nichtmetallischen Stoffen wie Glas, Hartfaserplatten, Bakelit-Preßmassen und Beton ist das Problem der Anstrichhaftung durch Wash-Primer in überzeugender Weise zu lösen.Mit dem sog. Eintopf-Wash-Primer wurde die universelle Wirkung des 2-Komponenten-Primers nicht erreicht.Da nach etwa 8 h die Umsetzung der Mischung soweit fortgeschritten ist, daß beim Auftragen die Haftung nicht mehr voll entwickelt werden kann, soll erst kurz vor der Verarbeitung gemischt werden. Die Konsistenz ist so zu wählen, daß ein Eindringen in tiefe Poren unter Ausbildung eines sehr dünnen Filmes gewährleistet ist.Eim Wash-Primer-Film gewährleistet keinen Korrosionsschutz über eine längere Zeit und erübrigt auch die eigentliche Grundierung nicht. Der Auftrag eines weiteren dem Untergrund angepaßten Anstriches sollte deshalb bei Anwendung im Freien nach einigen Tagen, bei Anwendung in hallen in einigen Wochen, vorgenommen werden.

    Description / Table of Contents: Zinc rich paint, a New remarkable Surface ProtectionAt first the well known hot galvanizing methods like the wet and dry, lead-zinc, galvanealing, Crapo and Sendzimir processes are discussed. The review is continued by cold galvanisation, Sheradizing and the galvanizing by flame spraying with electric and autogenic spraying guns. Finally the new zinc rich paint is described. Advantage and disadvantage of all these processes are compared. The article concludes with a charges comparison account of the different galvanizing methods and a list of literature references.
    Notes: Zunächst werden die bekannten Feuerverzinkungsverfahren, wie Naß- und Trockenverfahren, das Blei-Zink-, Galvannealing-, Crapo- und Sendzimir-Verfahren behandelt. Darauf folgt die galvanische Verzinkung, das Sherardisieren und die Verzinkung durch Flammspritzen mit elektrischen und autogenen Spritzpistolen. Anschließend wird der neue Kaltzinkschutz beschrieben. Die Vor- und Nachteile der verschiedenen Verfahren werden gegenübergestellt. Den Schluß bilden ein Kostenvergleich der verschiedenen Verzinkungsarten und ein Schrifttumsnachweis.

    Description / Table of Contents: Cathodic ProtectionThe most important field of application of the cathodic protection is the protection of buried pipe lines. Good protection will be achieved if the potential of the pipe against its surrounding material is -0,85 V  -  measured by means of a Cu/CuSO4 electrode. Soils of low specific resistance of about 1000 ω/cm are very aggressive while those of more than 10 000 ω/cm are fairly incorrosive. The arrangement of graphite anodes with extern sources of electricity and of Mg- or Zn anodes is discussed. The pipes should be insulated with impregnated strips as under these conditions only low current densities are necessary to achieve a good protection.
    Notes: Das wichtigste Anwendungsgebiet des kathodischen Korrosionsschutzes ist der Schutz von Rohrleitungen im Erdboden. Ein guter Schutz wird erreicht, wenn das Potential des Rohres gegenüber der Umgebung  -  gemessen mit Cu/CuSO4-Elektrode  -  einen Wert von -0,85 V erreicht. Böden mit geringem Widerstand von etwa 1000 ω/cm greifen stark an, bei mehr als 10 000 ω/cm ist kein Angriff zu befürchten. Die Anordnung von Graphitanoden mit äußeren Stromquellen und von Mg- oder Zn-Anoden (Opferanoden) wird besprochen. Außerdem sollte stets für eine gute Isolierung der Rohre mit imprägnierten Streifen gesorgt werden, da dann nur geringe Ströme zum Schutz erforderlich sind.

    Description / Table of Contents: On the Electrochemical Measurement of Oxygen by the Method of F. Tödt1. Method of measurement.  -  A noble metal electrode is the cathode which is in galvanic connection with an impolarizable anode. Under suitable conditions (suitable potential) an oxygen limiting current flows. It is proportional to the concentration of oxygen of the electrolyte.  -  2. The hydrogen and oxygen currents are always superposed. The amount of the hydrogen current depends on the potential of the cathode and its hydrogen overvoltage. 3. Selection of electrolytes.  -  Alkaline solutions afford good results as the oxygen wave is wider than in acid solutions. The use of buffer solutions prevents an increase of pH-values on the cathode. 4. Selection of the anode.  -  It is selected according to the required potential of the cathode. 5. Selection of the cathode.  -  6. Selection of the measuring instrument.  -  7. Dependence of temperature.  -  It is resulting from the dependence of temperature of the coefficient of diffusion and of the solubility of oxygen in the electrolyte. 8. Adjustment.  -  By conducting gases or dosing solutions of known concentrations of oxygen or by an electrochemical method. 9. The consumption effect is caused by the consumption of oxygen in the electrolyte by the flowing current. The consumption obeys a time equation
    Notes: 1. Meßmethode.  -  Eine unangreifbare Elektrode wird als Kathode benutzt. Sie ist mit einer unpolarisierbaren Anode galvanisch verbunden. Unter geeigneten Bedingungen (geeignetes Potential) fließt ein Sauerstoff-Diffusionsgrenzstrom, der der Sauerstoffkonzentration im Elektrolyten proportional ist. 2. Der Wasserstoffstrom ist stets dem Sauerstoffstrom überlagert. Seine Größe hängt vom Potential der Kathode und der Wasserstoffüberspannung der Kathode ab. 3. Wahl des Elektrolyten.  -  Alkalische Löungen liefern günstige Ergebnisse, da das Diffusionsgrenzstromgebiet breiter als in saurer lösung ist. Die Verwendung von Pufferlösungen verhindert ein Ansteigen des pH-Wertes an der Kathode. 4. Wahl der Anode.  -  Sie erfolgt entsprechend dem erforderlichen Potential der Kathode. 5. Wahl der Kathode.  -  6. Wahl des Meßinstrumentes. 7. Temperaturabhängigkeit.  -  diese ist durch die Temperaturabhängigkeit des Diffusionskoeffizienten und der Lößlichkeit des Sauerstoffs im Elektrolyten bedingt. 8. Eichen.  -  Durch Einleiten von Gasen oder durch Zudosierung von Lösung mit bekanntem Sauerstoffgehalt oder nach einer elektrochemischen Methode. 9. Zehrungseffekt  -  stellt einen Sauerstoffverbrauch im Elektrolyten durch den fließenden strom dar, der einem Zeitgesetz folgt.

    Description / Table of Contents: Disk Springs as Aid in the Research of Surface ProcessesIt is caused in the nature of disk springs that they are a valuable aid in the research of surface processes of running at slow gliding speeds under high pressures. As proved by lots of experiments columns of several disk springs allow to determine the extend of the decrease of friction by means of all the usual measures like organic lubricating films or metallic coats of inorganic non metal covers from the wellknown characteristic which are combined to lamina diagrams. In a similar simple way you can find out the type of inhibition by means of the displacement of the characteristic which was obtained from standard condition  -  solubility determinations in electrolytes containing inhibitors and in those containing no inhibitors. This is also demonstrated by experiments. This means that you can determine whether a certain inhibitor influences the cathodic or anodic process especially, as well as the effective concentration of an inhibitor in relation to the maximum effectiveness of the inhibitor.
    Notes: Es liegt in der Natur der Tellerfeder, daß diese in geeigneter Anordnung ein wertvolles Hilfsmittel zur Klärung von Grenzflächenvorgängen, sofern sie unter hoher Druckbelastung mit geringer Gleit geschwindigkeit ablaufen, darstellt. Aus mehreren Tellern aufgebaute Federsäulen (Mehrfachschichtung) gestatten, wie an Hand ausgiebige Federungsversuche gezeigt wird, das Ausmaß der reibungsvermindernden Wirkung aller praxisüblichen Maßnahmen, wie Aufbringen organischer Schmierfilme, metallischer Schichten oder nichtmetallischer an-organischer Überzüge durch Aufnahme der bekannten, zu einem, „Schichtdiagramm“ vereinigten „Kennlinien“ zu ermitteln.  -  In ähnlich einfacher Weise kann man, was ebenfalls an Hand von Untersuchungsbeispielen gezeigt wird, aus der „Verschiebung der Kennlinie“, die unter standardisierten Versuchsbedingungen bei Löslichkeitsversuchen in inhibitorfreiem und inhibitorhaltigem Elektrolyten erhalten wird, die „Art der Inhibition“ charakterisieren, also feststellen, ob en bestimmter Inhibitor den kathodischen oder anodischen Teilvorgang des Angriffs bevorzugt beeinflußt, und die „wirksame Inhibitorkonzentration“, die der höchst erreichbaren Hemmstoffwirkung zugeordnet ist, ermitteln.

    Description / Table of Contents: The Influence of Periodic Ventilation on the Soil Corrossion of AluminiumThe Elements I : Platinium  -  damp soil  -  Aluminium and II: rough-surfaced Aluminium  -  damp soil  -  smooth-surfaced Aluminium demonstrate that Aluminium behaves either actively or passively in accordance with the degree of saturation of the soil by water. An increase in the water content of the soil causes an increase in the activity of the Aluminium in the Element I and in the activity of the smooth-surfaced Aluminium in Element II. The Aluminium suddenly becomes passive when the saturation point is reached.The ratio of the water to Air (Oxygen) in the soil determines the rate of corrosion for Aluminium in soil. Electrolytes (NaCl, KCl, MgCl2,) du not affect the type of corrosion. If the soil is in an atmosphere of Nitrogen, the Aluminium in the Element always remains passive.Periodic saturation of the soil with water was followed by corresponding periodic variation in the character of the corrosion.
    Notes: In den Elementen I: Pt/feuchter Boden/Al bzw. 11: A1 rauh/feuchter Boden/Al glatt zeigt Aluminium ein aktives bzw. passives Verhalten, und zwar in Abhängigkeit vom Sättigungsgrad des Bodens an Wasser. Mit zunehmendem Wassergehalt des Bodens wächst die Aktivität des Aluminiums im Element I bzw. die Aktivität des glatten Aluminiums im Element II. Bei Erreichung des Sättigungszustandes wird das Aluminium plötzlich passiv.Maßgebend für die Korrosionsgeschwindigkeit des Aluminiums im Boden ist das Verhältnis der Wasser zur Luft (Sauerstoff) im Roden, während Elektrolyte (NaCl. KCl, MgCl2) den Korrosionstyp nicht beeinflussen. Befindet sich der Boden in einer Stickstoffatmosphäre, so verhält sich das Aluminium in den untersuchten Elementen durchweg passiv.Zeitlich erfolgende periodische Sättigung des Bodens mit Wasser war von periodischen Schwankungen des Korrosionsverhaltens begleitet.
