Contribution to the Synthesis of SecretinSecretin having the sequence H-His-Ser-Asp-Gly-Thr-Ser-Glu-Leu-Ser-Arg-Leu-Arg-Asp-Ser-Ala-Arg-Leu-Gln-1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 Arg-Leu-Leu-Gln-Gly-Leu-Val-NH2 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 has been synthesized by fragment condensation. The condensation was achieved by dicyclohexylcarbiimide in the presence of 1-hydroxybenzotriazole or 3-hydroxy-4-oxo-3,4-dihydro-1,2,3-benzotriazine. The catalytic effect of 1-hydroxtbenzotriazole on the aminolysis of active esters was applied in the synthesis of intermediates. Some problems of the synthesis of secretin are discussed.

Als Kondensationsmittel diente Dicyclohexylcarbodiimid unter Zusatz von 1-Hydroxydenzotriazol oder 3-Hydroxy-4-oxo-3,4-dihydro-1,2,3-benzotriazin Beim Aufbau von Fragmenten wurde die Beschleunigung der aminolyse aktivierter Ester durch 1-Hydroxybenzotriazol erprobt. Einige Probleme der Sekretinsynthese werden diskutiert.
