By reaction of SiCl4, RSiCl3, R2SiCl2 or R3SiCl with oxalic acid in solution of ether and benzene, respectively, substances of the definite compositions are prepared. The characteristics of them are described and the structure of the crystalline high-polymeric solids is discussed.

Durch Umsetzung von SiCl4, RSiCl3, R2SiCl2 oder R3SiCl mit Oxalsäure in Äther- bzw. Benzol-Lösung werden Substanzen der definierten Zusammensetzung dargestellt. Ihre Eigenschaften werden beschrieben und die Struktur der kristallisierten hochpolymeren Festkörper wird diskutiert.
