Es werden die Darstellungen von 4-(p-Aminophenylazo)phenylmethacrylat (1a) und 4-(p-Dimethylaminophenylazo)phenylmethacrylat (1b) beschrieben. Die Monomere werden charakterisiert und mit 2,2′-Azoisobutyronitril polymerisiert. Die Eigenschaften dieser Monomere und Polymere als pH-Indikatoren werden beschrieben.
Notes:
4-(p-Aminophenylazo)phenyl methacrylate (1a) and 4-(p-dimethylaminophenylazo)-phenyl methacrylate (1b) were synthesized and characterized. These monomers were polymerized with 2,2′-azoisobutyronitrile. The properties of these monomers and polymers as pH indicators are described.
