Description / Table of Contents: Zusammenfassung Organisation, Art und Geschwindigkeit der Sofortmaßnahmen am Katastrophenort bestimmen die Überlebensprognose von Katastrophenopfern.
Notes: Summary The chances of survival of the seriously injured patient depend on the organisation and the quickness of lifesaving first aid at scene of disaster. Rapid assessment of the degree of injury, priority of first aid and transportation are essential. Tried sequence of priority: 1. Assessment of the degree of injury and first aid at the scence of disaster. 2. Rapidity of transportation of the seriously injured patients. 3. Distribution of the minor cases.
