Summary Using implanted multiperforated polypropylene capsules, studies were conducted on the concentrations at various time intervals of cefotaxime and cefuroxime in the interstitial fluid of the testis, the prostate and the subcutaneous tissue of dogs. Varying concentrations of cefotaxime and cefuroxime were measured in the different interstitial fluids.

Zusammenfassung Mittels implantierter multiperforierter Polypropylenkapseln wurden Zeitkonzentrationsstudien von Cefotaxim und Cefuroxim in der Interstitialflüssigkeit des Hodens, der Prostata und des Subkutangewebes bei Hunden durchgeführt. Unterschiedliche Konzentrationen von Cefotaxim und Cefuroxim wurden in den verschiedenen Interstitialflüssigkeiten gemessen.
