Notizen: The work describes the action of a heterogenous multisubstrate enzymatic system under conditions involving inactivation of the enzyme. A nonsteady-state kinetic model has been suggested for description of the system. It has been found that the time dependence of the product flow from the membrane is a curve with a maximum which falls on a time equal to the reverse inactivation constant. It has been shown that the efficiency of such systems increases as does the time of the operation of the enzyme.
