Vinyläther reagieren mit Alkoholen, Alkylhydroperoxyden oder Wasserstoff-peroxyd in Gegenwart molarer Mengen tert.-Butylhypochlorit unter Bildung von Chloracetalen, Chlormonoperoxy- bzw. Chlormonohydroperoxyacetalen. Die Addition von Wasserstoffperoxyd bzw. Alkylhydroperoxyd an Olefine in Gegenwart von tert.- Butylhypochlorit führt zu Chloralkylhydroperoxyden bzw. Chlordialkylperoxyden. - Fluorolefine lagern tert.Butylhypochlorit unter Bildung der Halongenalkyl-ter.-bytyläther an. Der diesen Additionsreaktionen zugrunde liegende Reaktionsmechanismus wird diskutiert.
