(Carbonylmethylene)-and (Thiocarbonylmethylene)triphenylphosphorane Complexes of Group VI MetalsNovel ylide complexes of the type (OC)5M—C[P(C6H5)3] CE (E=O; M=Cr (3a), Mo (3b), W (3c), W (3c); E=S; M=Cr (4a), Mo (4b), W (4c)) are obtained according to equation (1) by reaction of (C6H5)3PC2E (E=O (1a); S (1a)) with (OC)5MCH3CN (M=Cr (2a), W (2c)) or Mo(CO)6 (2b). Thermolysis of 3c yields (OC) 5WP(C6H5)3 and C2O according to equation (3). C2O reacts with cyclohexene (5) as shown in equation (4) to give 7,7′-spirobinocarane (6). The hitherto unknown carbene complex 7 is formed by the reaction of 3c with S 6 according to equation (5). The newly prepared ylide and carbene complexes are discussed on the basis of their i.r., Raman, and mass spectra.

Neuartige Ylid-Komplexe des Typs (OC)5M—C[P(C6H5)3]CE (E=O; M=Cr (3a), Mo (3b), W(3c); E=S; M=Cr (4a), Mo (4b), W (4c)) erhält man gemäß Gl. (1) durch Einwirkung von (C6H5)3PC2E (E=O (1a); S(1b) auf (OC)5MCH3CN (M=Cr (2a), W(2c)) bzw. Mo(CO)6(2b). 3c gibt bei der Thermolyse gemäß Gl. (3) (OC)5WP(C6H5)3 und C2O. welches mit Cyclohexen (5) entsprechend Gl. (4) zu 7, 7′-Spirobinorcaran (6) weiterreagiert. Bei der Umsetzung von 3c mit S6 gemäß Gl. (5) entsteht der bis jetzt noch unbekannte Carbenkomplex 7. Die neu dargestellten Ylid- und Carbenkomplexe werden anhand ihrer IR-, Raman-und Massen-Spektren untersucht.
