    Notes: Enantioselective Adsorption of Chiral Azo Dyestuffs on Silk and Wool as well as Starch and CelluloseThe racemic azo compounds 1 or 2 from diazotised m-amino mandelic acid and β-naphthol could not even slightly be resolved by adsorption on wool as it has been reported. On powdered silk and potato starch 2 was resolved partly by chromatography. All attempts with the amide 3 from 1-phenylethylamine and p-azobenzenecarboxylic acid have not been successful so far.
