Dez. 1976.A new method for the C - C coupling of allyl or propargyl compounds with 1-alkynes in the presence of copper(I) halides and diazabicycloundecene (DBU) or diazabicyclononene (DBN) is described. Its utility for the synthesis of eicosatetraynoic acid (36c), the corresponding alcohol 37a and aldehyde 37b and the nonadecatetraynesulfonamide 38b isinvestigated.

Es wird eine neue Methodik zur C - C-Verknüpfung von Allyl- oder Propargylverbindungen mit 1-Alkinen in Gegenwart von Kupfer(I)-halogeniden und Diazabicycloundecen (DBU) oder Diazabicyclononen (DBN) beschrieben. Ihre Anwendbarkeit zur Synthese der Eicosatetrainsäure (36c), des entsprechenden Alkohols 37a und Aldehyds 37b sowie des Nonadecatetrainsulfonamids 38b wird untersucht.
