Syntheses with α-Metalated Isocyanides, XLVI. - Reactions of α-Metalated Furfuryl Isocyanide with Carbonyl Compoundsα-Potassiofurfuryl isocyanide (6) reacts with aldehydes and ketones to give 4-(2-furyl)-2-oxazolines 10 which on hydrolysis afford 2-amino-2-(2-furyl)alkanols 11. Benzaldehyde, cinnamaldehyde and benzophenone can be converted with 6 into N-[1-(2-furyl)-1-alkenyl]formamides 16 (formylaminomethylenation).

α-Kaliofurfurylisocyanid (6) reagiert mit Aldehyden und Ketonen zu 4-(2-Furyl)-2-oxazolinen 10, die zu 2-Amino-2-(2-furyl)alkanolen 11 hydrolysierbar sind. Benzaldehyd, Zimtaldehyd und Benzophenon lassen sich so umsetzen, daß N-[1-(2-Furyl)-1-alkenyl]formamide 16 entstehen (Formylaminomethylenierung).
